INNOVATIVE PEOPLE AND TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION (IPT CORP) as a subcontractor to PSI Pax, Inc. (PSI Pax), announces the award of a 5-year contract with the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Combat Integration & Identification Systems (CI&IDS) Division in St. Inigoes, Maryland.
In support of CI&IDS Division, the PSI Pax team will provide tactical support services throughout the initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing phases of projects in addition to providing strategic support for the overall organizational planning, performance, reporting, data analytics, tools, metrics, and best practices that can be repeatedly executed with high levels of success. Services procured under this Seaport NxG Task Order (TO) include support of NAWCAD tasking for projects sponsored by the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR); Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA); other Department of Defense (DoD) activities; United States Coast Guard (USCG); commercial and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers; and other Government customers.
“This vehicle expands IPT Corp’s footprint at NAWCAD WOLF, and we are committed to supporting the PSI Pax Team to provide continued, value-add services to WOLF’s mission,” explained IPT Corp CEO Robin Belden.

INNOVATIVE PEOPLE AND TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION (IPT CORP) was awarded a prime contract in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Rapid Development, Prototyping, and Systems Integration (RAPID) multiple award contract (MAC). With more than 107 proposals received across large and small businesses of various size standards, IPT Corp was among the 63 prime awardees; IPT Corp was also one of the 28 awardees within the Small Business pool. IPT Corp will now monitor the task orders being released through the RAPID MAC and compete on opportunities that support the company’s growth objectives.

IPT CORP AWARDED PRIME SEAPORT NxG CONTRACT

INNOVATIVE PEOPLE AND TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION (IPT CORP) was awarded a Seaport Next Generation (NxG) contract. Every two years a competitive, rolling admissions is held to allow new contract holders to be added to Seaport NxG, a multiple award contract (MAC) that provides an integrated approach to contracting support services across the U.S. Navy’s SYSCOMs. As a contract holder, IPT Corp is able to bid as a prime contractor for Seaport NxG task orders (TO). While IPT Corp is a subcontractor on several Seaport NxG TOs, this award qualifies the company to prime all opportunities, including those set-aside for small business and woman-owned small business. Seaport NxG is one of the Navy's largest multiple award contracts with 2400+ current contract holders, providing $5B in service-based TOs annually.

PATUXENT RIVER, MD – INNOVATIVE PEOPLE AND TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION (IPT CORP) as a subcontractor to PSI Pax, announces the award of a $45.3M, 5-year contract with the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division in St. Inigoes, Maryland. This SeaPort-NxG Task Order has a period of performance from April 2021 to April 2026, and will be issued on a cost-plus-fixed-fee basis.
The ATC&LS Division performs a critical role as the organic Lead Systems Integrator (oLSI) and In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA), supporting ATC&LS across the Department of Defense (DoD) and throughout the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) program offices. INNOVATIVE PEOPLE AND TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION (IPT CORP) as a subcontractor to DCS Corporation was awarded the Technical, Engineering Products, and Software Services (TEPSS) 5-year contract to support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division’s mission to provide design, development, integration, test, evaluation, installation, maintenance, configuration management, and logistic support of the ATC&LS Division and equipment. As a significant subcontractor on the DCS team, we will support the U.S. Marine Corps Future Systems and other Future and Fielded ATC&LS.

PATUXENT RIVER, MD – INNOVATIVE PEOPLE AND TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION (IPT CORP) as a subcontractor to Davis Defense Group (DDG) under the Program Management Contractor Support Services (PM CSS) multiple award contract (MAC) was awarded a 5-year task order to support the Naval Air Traffic Management Systems Program Office (PMA-213). PMA-213 is the Naval Aviation Enterprise’s (NAE) Program Office for all Navy and Marine Corps Air Traffic Management (ATM) Systems. The scope of this work provides domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS)/international products; as well as program/project management, administrative, and budget financial management support services for PMA-213 integrated product teams (IPT).
