Robin Belden, CEO
As a successful executive in both the government contracting and civil servant worlds, Robin always wanted to start her own business. In 2018, she made the transition to CEO of IPT Corp. Her mission for IPT Corp has always been very clear. She decided that we would be the "go to" company for her clients when there was no room for error or complacency, and she is adamant that our solutions be provided in the most efficient manner. As a Systems Engineer, Robin uses her experience, education, and credentials, like DAWIA Level 3 in Engineering, Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, to provide mature leadership to our employees and the programs we support. She has guided countless clients and organizations through system overhauls, process improvements, certification audits of all kinds, and she faces every challenge with a smile on her face! She is fully committed to bringing her skill sets and the experience of the entire IPT Corp team to help our customers reach their goals. When she’s not “geeking out” (her words!), she enjoys hosting family and friends at her lake house, as well as planning new and inventive ways to work smarter not harder.
Bob Belden, CFO / Managing Director
Offering cost-effective solutions via skilled management and common-sense thinking is Bob’s forte. He has been a successful business owner for decades, and now serves as IPT Corp’s CFO and Managing Director. Bob’s vast experience as leader in various industries including commercial construction, real estate, retail, and IT gives him a broad spectrum of experience to draw upon when it comes to managing our staff, contracts, resources, and solving complex mechanical issues. In 2009, Bob’s love of guns and bourbon led him to establish The Beer Cave at Bob's Sunoco - a local favorite gun shop with the best whiskey selection in Southern Maryland!
Diana Belian, CPO
We know that having the right people is critical to the success of IPT Corp so we put one of the best in charge of our Human Resources. As IPT Corp's Chief People Officer, Diana has a knack for relating to people and always being ready to help. With nearly two decades of experience managing the Office of Graduate Studies at Stetson University in DeLand FL, Diana earned the reputation as the “go to” person for faculty and students alike. She assisted hundreds of graduate students each year from admittance through graduation and the many details in between. She now focuses on identifying new candidates to fill exciting opportunities with IPT Corp, while ensuring our current employees are well taken care of with competitive benefits, and they always feel connected to our company. When she's not working, Diana loves spending time with her friends and family, but especially her granddaughter!
Robyn Harvey, CAO
Let's face it, our business starts and ends with opportunity identification and development. Robyn’s career has encompassed identifying, developing, proposing, and winning business for decades. She is a seasoned business development and proposal professional having worked in the government contracting industry for three decades. In parallel, she has successfully led communications teams inclusive of writers, editors, and graphic designers; launched strategic multimedia marketing campaigns to generate revenue; and managed large-scale corporate projects to engage employees, customers, and shareholders. Her mission these days as IPT Corp’s CAO and Business Development Director, where she uses her creativity and experience to bring IPT Corp to the forefront of new growth opportunities. In her spare time Robyn enjoys vacationing at the beach, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Jeff Reisman, CTO
Our customers have complex technical challenges to solve and IPT Corp is ready to deliver the solutions. With nearly two decades of experience developing rapid cutting-edge systems, Jeff’s proven himself as excellent at system design, implementation, and integration. Leveraging his Virginia Tech education, he has a knack for quickly learning complex systems, and has been able to repeatedly do in weeks with greater quality than what might take others months. His broad spectrum of capabilities range from computer and networking design to advanced avionics system development. When away from work, Jeff enjoys spending time on his numerous hobbies and side-projects, including 3D printing, beekeeping, raising chickens, beer brewing, gaming, and woodworking.
Ronnie Taylor, Director of Mechanical Services
Ronnie brings to IPT Corp the experience and forward thinking that has allowed us to diversify our portfolio of services. Drawing from his 40 years of experience in HVAC / Mechanical Contracting, he has helped us expand our Industrial Division while maintaining the high level of customer service that our clients have come to rely upon.
